Order
Every charm is handmade and made to order. Please allow 2-6 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to ship. Thank you for your patience while I create your piece with care.
Because each order is made to order, cancellations and order changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do our best to help.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that link to follow your package's journey.
I take great care in packaging every order, but if your charm arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me at atelier@vol-ari.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging, and I will review the issue as quickly as possible.

Currently ship throughout the United States and to the following 39 international destinations:

Domestic (U.S.)

International
- All orders - $20.00 Standard International Shipping
Once shipped, domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International delivery usually takes 1–3+ weeks depending on destination and customs.
Once a package leaves my atelier, delivery is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your tracking status shows your package is stuck or missing, please file a missing mail claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
Please note that vol.ari is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or delivery issues that occur once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Product
Yes! Every piece is individually sculpted, baked, detailed, and finished completely by hand in my atelier.
Every charm is sculpted entirely by hand without molds or cookie cutters. Slight variations in form, texture, and detail are a natural part of the process and make each piece one of a kind.
My charms are handcrafted from polymer clay, sealed with UV resin, and paired with carefully selected hardware findings.
Please handle your charms with care. To help preserve the finish, avoid prolonged exposure to water, excessive heat, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store them in a dry place when not in use. For complete care and safety information, please visit Charm Care & Safety.
Returns
Because every piece is handmade to order or produced in limited quantities, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.
Commision
Not at this time. Fully custom commissioned pieces are not currently available.
