We currently ship throughout the United States and to the following 39 international destinations:

Shipping Methods & Rates
Domestic (U.S.)
- Orders below $100 - $7.00 Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Orders above $100 - Free Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
International
- All orders - $20.00 Standard International Shipping (1–3+ weeks depending on destination and customs)
Processing Time
Every vol.ari charm is handmade and made to order.
- Most orders ship within 2-6 weeks. As each charm is individually handcrafted, processing times may vary slightly from order to order.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please email atelier@vol-ari.com as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee address adjustments.
Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues
Shipping delays, carrier issues, customs delays, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.
