vol.ari pieces are handmade, made-to-order, or available in limited quantities.
Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at atelier@vol-ari.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Shipping delays, carrier issues, customs delays, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.
