Letters are mailed with stamps and do not include tracking information.
Letters are mailed at the beginning of each month. Please allow 3–10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation for your letter to arrive.
Join by the 26th to receive the following month’s letter. For example, if you join by October 26th, you’ll receive the November letter. If you join on October 27th or later, your first letter will be the December letter.
You’ll be charged immediately when you join. After that, your membership will automatically renew on the 26th of each month for the following month’s letter.
You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime through Manage Your Membership.
