We currently ship charms throughout the United States and to the following 23 international destinations:

Due to the EU Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), shipping is currently unavailable to EU countries. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom, Vietnam.

Domestic (U.S.)

Orders below $100 - $8.00 Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
Orders $100 & up - Free Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
Expedited Shipping - $18.00 (2–4 business days)

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories may require additional transit time

International

$25.00 Standard International Shipping (7-24 business days)
$50.00 Expedited International Shipping (4-8 business days)

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs.

International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery. Recipients are responsible for any applicable charges.

Processing Time

Every vol.ari charm is handmade and made to order.

Most orders ship within 2-6 weeks. As each charm is individually handcrafted, processing times may vary slightly from order to order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please email atelier@vol-ari.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee address adjustments.

Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues

Shipping delays, carrier issues, customs delays, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.
